About the Owner

Brian started his career in the San Diego, CA shipyards.  He worked for 17 years in various roles including ironworker, shipfitter, pipefitter, welder, and lastly as a production supervisor.  In 2011 Brian moved to Colorado Springs where he spent an additional six years working as a welder fabricator.

As a side project, Brian restored a 1952 MGTD that has been in his wife’s family for over 50 years.  The restoration was ground-up, as the car had sat for many years without use.  You can occasionally catch him at car shows, most recently at the 2021 El Paso County Fair!

In 2021, Brian moved his wife, two dogs, and two cats to Calhan.  Everyone plays a part in the business.

  • Goldendoodle Lucy is the Chief Greeter, everyone is her new best friend.

  • Blue heeler Rocket is the Master Timekeeper, he makes sure breaks are taken for ball play!

  • Cats Mickey and Mallory prefer to manage the back office and currently act as Managers of Napping and Treats, respectively.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys cooking/grilling/smoking, riding his motorcycle, driving his MG, photography, and hiking with his dogs.
